Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Gengraft Tech Private Limited ("Densilo", "we") collects when you use the Densilo gateway and website, and how we handle it. It is written to match how the product actually works.
The short version
Densilo runs on your machine. The compression of your prompts, code, and model responses happens locally. We do not receive that content. What reaches our servers is limited to what is needed to run your account and bill usage.
What we do not collect
- We do not receive or store your prompts, your source code, tool output, or model responses.
- The gateway does not log request or response bodies.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train models.
What we collect
- Account data: the email address you provide at sign-up, and an account identifier and key we issue to you.
- Aggregated usage metering: counts such as number of requests and token totals per time window, associated with your account so we can bill the paid plan. These counters contain no prompt or code content.
- Payment data: when you pay, our payment processor (Razorpay) handles your card or payment details directly. We receive confirmation of payment status, not your card number.
- Website basics: standard server logs for the website (IP address, request time, page) for security and reliability.
How we use it
To create and maintain your account, to meter and bill usage, to provide support, to keep the service secure, and to comply with law.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Their handling of your payment information is governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy. We store only the minimum needed to reconcile your subscription.
Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Aggregated usage counters are retained as needed for billing and accounting. You can request deletion of your account and associated account data at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by emailing support@densilo.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
Account keys and any stored recovery data are encrypted at rest and scoped to your account. Local data created by the desktop app stays on your machine.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
