Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Densilo gateway, desktop application, and website (the "Service"), operated by Gengraft Tech Private Limited ("Densilo", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Densilo is a context-efficiency gateway that compresses the context your AI tools send to model providers. The compression runs locally on your machine. Densilo is not a model provider; you are responsible for your own agreement with, and payment to, whichever model provider you use.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email to create an account and keep your account key confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and key. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the hosted gateway, and no reselling of the Service without our written agreement.
4. Plans, billing, and taxes
The free tier is provided at no charge. Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up or on your invoice, in Indian Rupees, through our payment processor Razorpay. Usage-metered charges are based on our metering of your account. Applicable taxes may be added.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled per our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to your prompts, code, and data. Because compression runs locally, we do not receive that content and claim no rights over it. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the hosted components available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The local proxy is designed to keep functioning if our servers are temporarily unreachable.
8. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the Service and these terms; material changes are reflected by the date above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
